Zeal Patel serves as Deputy Chief of Staff at Liberty & Freedom Legal Group, where she leads firm-wide litigation operations for a civil rights and special education practice handling dozens of active state and federal matters. In this role, she oversees case progression, procedural compliance, and strategic workflow execution across the firm, ensuring that every matter advances efficiently and without missed deadlines.

Zeal partners closely with attorneys to plan litigation strategy timelines, manage discovery phases, and coordinate submissions in administrative and federal proceedings. She oversees more than 60 monthly litigation deadlines and filings, maintains and optimizes the firm’s case management systems, and implements standardized processes that strengthen accountability and operational clarity. Her work sits at the intersection of legal strategy and operational leadership, translating complex litigation demands into structured, executable plans.

Outside of the firm, Zeal hosts a podcast centered on meaningful, heart-to-heart conversations exploring life, relationships, and personal growth. She is deeply committed to creating spaces, both in and out of the courtroom, where stories are heard, systems are challenged, and voices are valued.
