JEFFREY ARLEN SPINNER, ESQ

Jeffrey Arlen Spinner is admitted to practice in Connecticut (state and federal), New York (state, EDNY, SDNY and WDNY), 2nd Circuit U. S. Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to joining L&F, he had 17 years of private practice in such diverse areas as land titles and conveyancing, mortgages, foreclosure, criminal defense, family law and civil litigation. He served as a Judge of the Suffolk County District Court for one year followed by twenty years as a Judge of Suffolk County Court, Acting Judge of Suffolk County Family Court and Acting Justice of New York Supreme Court. He also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He is married with three daughters (two are attorneys), one grandson and three bonus children.
