JEAN SHENG, ESQ.

Jean is a civil litigation attorney for the State of New York with a strong commitment to public interest work. She joined L&FLG/BIRG, a non-profit law firm, to provide legal support and advocacy for students with disabilities. Through her work, Jean continues to contribute meaningfully to advancing equity and access in education and civil rights.

Jean has a passion for legal research and writing. She has authored books, law journal articles, and research reports on a broad range of topics including disability law and public policy.

She is admitted to the New York State Bar.

Outside of her legal work, Jean enjoys tennis, hiking, and exploring great food in and around New York.
