Federal Civil Rights Attorney (Remote)
Under the supervision of our Director of Federal Litigation, the Remote Staff Attorney’s duties will include legal advocacy in various Federal Jurisdictions throughout the United States but will focus primarily on writing-intensive assignments in the Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeals. An example of our work is the only national class action lawsuit on behalf of over 7 million special education students requiring schools to reopen during COVID-19, see www.ReOpenClass.com for details.
Senior Litigation Attorney
Under the supervision of the Director of Federal Litigation and/or Director of Special Education Practice for a non-profit civil rights advocacy and law firm, the Senior Litigation Attorney’s duties will include legal advocacy across various jurisdictions throughout the United States but will focus primarily on writing-intensive assignments in the Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeals, as well as advocacy in the administrative hearing process.. Junior Litigation Attorney
Under the supervision of the Director of Federal Litigation and/or Director of Special Education Practice for a non-profit civil rights advocacy and law firm, the Junior Litigation Attorney’s duties will include engaging in difficult and complex legal work having significant financial, procedural or policy consequences. Law Clerk
Under the supervision of the Director of Federal Litigation and/or Director of Special Education Practice for a non-profit civil rights advocacy and law firm, the Law Clerk enhances the Management Team’s effectiveness by providing support across many difficult and complex areas having significant financial, procedural or policy consequences for the growing organization. The non-profit advocates for special needs children and their families across multiple legal and financial matters. Litigation Paralegal
Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff and Senior Paralegal for a non-profit civil rights advocacy and law firm, the Litigation Paralegal enhances the Management Team’s effectiveness by providing support across many difficult and complex areas having significant financial, procedural or policy consequences for the growing organization. The non-profit advocates for special needs children and their families across multiple legal and financial matters.
